I ordered from uber eats worth Rs **.** and did online payment for the same. After some time I got a notification that my order has been cancelled. I called the support team to resolve the issue. They refused to refund my money saying that order has been cancelled from my side. I told them to show proof for the same but they did not do it. If I had to cancel my order why would I make payment online knowing that I will not get my money back?
This online food app is cheating people by giving false discounts and not delivering orders. I want my refund along with compensation for harassment.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
