I had a booking for hotel Alpine Musk for **-** Dec **** in kanatal, Uttarakhand.
Payment made : rs ****
But due to my kid being very sick i could not make the trip. I informed make my trip agent about this on *th December and requested to cancel the booking and refund the amount.
Make my trip agent assured me that he has spoken to hotel owner and once I provide a medical proof my booking will be considered cancelled and refund will be made.
However despite of providing the medical proof on **th Dec already... Make my trip is just saying they are speaking to hotel and will resolve the query in ** hours.
Its been * days and my refund is still not provided.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
