Make My Trip Gurugram Haryana India - Refund

I booked this holiday package * month back to onboard on June *th, the passenger details (Phone number and email ID ) were incorrectly updated by the user Saurav Thakur from Make My Trip. We didn't receive any calls or emails from Make my trip till today regarding the booking. When I called the user Saurav Thakur, he simply said that the booking has been canceled and there was no response from the backend team. Without my knowledge, my booking has been cancelled. I called for * consecutive days on a daily basis for a refund but the user Saurav is not giving any update and keep on telling me to wait.

I need someone to contact me at my phone number ********** and I'm unable to take any action from my end since the phone number and email ID were entered incorrectly by the Make my trip department and I'm unable to log in to My trips.

I made a payment of Rs ***** through Citi Bank credit card for this booking on April *st and I've attached the screenshot for your reference.

I want someone who is sensible to fix the issue and refund my money at the earliest. I'm totally irritated because of this booking. I want this to be escalated to higher officials.

This is one of the worst experiences I've had with the make-my-trip booking. Henceforth, I won't suggest the Make My Trip to anyone for any bookings. Also, I would like to write a google review on my worst experience with Make My Trip.
