I had booked royal enfield on March **nd **** but later found that the ROyal enfield was closed for various reasons like lockdown, franchise taking over from one another etc. I regularly reached out to customer service, visited the Showroom and contacted Sales manager of Royal Enfield. None of them were able to provide an acknowledgment or a complaint number.
All there were promised was we will resolve your issue within * days or ** days etc but its been * months. I get no response, neither they give updates on it. I have all the evidences including phone conversations which we had and which they have promised as well.
Last * months at these difficult times they have abandoned us and made us wait causing mental stress and false promises and wasting my precious time and there is no guarantee of money back.
