Flipkart - Cancellation of order without concent and misbehaving by delivery agent

I bought a phone (SAMSUNG Galaxy S** *G (Green, *** GB)) from Flipkart on **th October **** which was expected to be delivered on **th October ****, which got changed to **th October **** due to "logistical constraints" as per mail from Flipkart later a delivery attempt was made on **th October **** at ** PM and delivery agent asked "very rudely" to come to street and collect the order and was not willing to come to my doorstep, complaint for the misbehaving incident was raised right away to Flipkart with reference IN************, later the delivery agent cancelled the order on **th October whereas I had called Flipkart several times to get the update on the delivery of the product and they advised me the updated delivery as **th October. Now the product is priced at ***** whereas I bought it for ***** earlier and I have to bear the EMI/Loan cancellation charges on my card as well.
