Simplilearn - cancellation of admission and for refund

Hello sir/mam,

My name is SD. I enrolled in Simplilearn’s course ( automation testing job guarantee program) on sat **th jan ****. And at the time of registration I paid **** and for further fees I completed the no cost emi loan process(course fee is ******)(I paid **** downpayment as a registration fee and remaining I have to pay through emi). On call,simplilearn’s consultant name Ajay told me that,once you confirmed your and admission after then if you have any issues and want to cancel admission so that’s ok,we will fill that seat with other new one. But now I requesting them (on call with Yashwant from simplilearn) for admission cancellation and they are saying you can’t cancel it. The course is not even started yet. I also sent mail to their (grievance.redressal@simplilearn.net) mail id in which I mentioned all the scenario. Sir I’m requesting you please please support me and help me for cancelling my admission. Because when I told my mother that they’re not going to cancel the admission and refund the money, sir her condition isn’t well. Please Help me.
