GO IBIBO - Cancellation fee is too high

I had booked a ticket in May in Singapore airlines from ho ibibo no due to some reasons I have to cancel my flights, the total cost of the tickets is ***** and now when I am cancelling the tickets it is showing that the refund amount will be *** only. I am cancelling the flight only after two days of booking but they are charging the whole amount.. please help
