- Cancellation by Flipkart without knowing my intention Open

I have ordered this Parx men suit which was having a whopping discount of **% plus **% extra if I use SBI card. I have used SBI card and ordered it at Rs. **** only on **th June ****. Estimated day of delivery was **th June. On the **th of June when I realise that my product is not shipped yet I contacted their support team. They assured me that I will get it by the **th of June. On **th I contacted again and got the new date of **th June. Then again on **th, I got date ** June. I was frustrated with contacted them in every possible way during this time period. I contacted on **st. They promised again a speedy resolution but later that day I got the message that item is cancelled by the seller. I contacted again asking them to give me the price difference or compensation for that because the cost of that product is much higher now, but they denied it and told me to wait again till the price drops. If they have cancelled it sooner, I may have ordered it again on the same price. But they took ** days to inform me that. I am really very disappointed and I want compensation for my troubles and time. The seller was Retailnet having F-assured badge. My order no. -OD******************. If cancelling the product falls under resolution then the user can do it by himself/herself, why he/she should spend about **-** minutes every day arguing with their hopeless support team for a week.
