I have order an IAS course in BYJU'S on **nd october by paying ****₹ online and called them to cancel my order within **hrs.
My order number: *********.
They have told me that their senior manager will call back to me. But i did not receive call from the cancellation team. I have called more than ** times but same response from their end. I dropped mails to the concerned department and they gave a ticket number of my cancellation i.e. ********. Please help me to get my refund.
