Byjus aaksh institution - Cancellation and Refund

I requested for cancellation of tuition of my son with BYJUS as on **-Apr-**, Then BYJUS team asked to pay one Quarter below is the fees break up
Quarterly amount for Course Fee = ******/* = **,***/-
Tablet Learning Program Fee = **,***/-
Registration Fee = ****
Quarters considered = *
Refund amount = *,**,*** – *,*** (Registration Fee) – **,*** (pro rata quarterly amount for Course Fee) – **,*** (pro rata quarterly amount for Tablet Learning Program Fee) = **,***/-
Amount To be Paid = **,***/- (Pro rata calculated amount) - **,*** (Paid already) = **,***/-
Post that still they have not cancelled and my *nd EMI (**-Jun-**) is also been debited .
Now in getting calls to pay my *rd EMI.
I have called many time to Byjus customer care # (**********) the only response I get is " our senior manager will get back within ** hrs and then hardly anybody calls me.
Also sent multiple emails to cancellations <cancellations@byjus.com>, <cancelation@byjus.com>, <Grievance.redressal@byjus.com>, <pandey.alok@byjus.com>, <mrinal@byjus.com>, <byju.raveendran@byjus.com>, <divya.jokulnath@byjus.com>, <tousif.jakati@byjus.com>, BYJU'S Tuition Centre <info-engagement*@byjus.com> But still no response .
