Resolution Demanded:
The situation involves a Royal Enfield bike booking no: BKG******DE***** with a dealer from Greams Road. I had paid an advance of ***** rupees for the bike, but due to a delay of more than * months, I decided to cancel the booking. However, even after more than a year of cancellation, I have not received the refund from the dealer. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, the dealer has not responded positively to the my requests for the refund. This has caused frustration and inconvenience. I am seeking a resolution to this issue at the earliest.
