- Canceling the Order Without Informing Closed

I have Ordered Medicines in Medlife on Aug **th and it said Aug **st Delivery. On Aug **st i got SMS stating "Stock is not avaialble , we are trying our best".
But on August **nd i got message as canceled and Refund will be Processed. Upon Long waiting i got information as below from Medlife Customer care.
"Delivery is not avaialble in ****** Pincode, so they cancelled the order"
Points to noted:
*. I Ordered and Got Medciines for * times with same address in past ** days from
*. Refund will take *-* Days for Crediting
Now my quetion is
*. Will medlife take no responsiblity on Customers Life as they are dealing with medicines
*. Since it was month end, salaried like me living inbudgeted life struggles for money until it get credited. We cant wait for * days without Medicines.
Poor and Serious concern on serving Customers.
