Simplilearn - Cancel my course as well as EMI

I want to cancel the course and cancel my EMI after just * days of taking the course. But they are pending it and forcefully making me want to pursue the course. I am not satisfied with course content and as well as timings as well. Please help me to get in contact with merchant team. They seriously do not care about my request. Please help.
