Dear Sir/Madam
My indigo PNR number is SW*Z*F, Fligh has been rescheduled to fly ** mins before the actual time, ** mins may be not a big deal for airlines but it is for me because of personal reasons. I tried to cancel a ticket or reschedule the ticket but their website seems to be going on a loop which doesn't let me do anything. So I ended up booking a new ticket. I kindly request you to getme a refundn for this ticket.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
