Hathway Broadband Internet
- Call for money and modem instead of discontinuance of connection Closed
I had discontinued Hathway broadband internet services from October ****. I had also returned their modem. Since then, I have been receiving daily messages and weekly calls from Hathway to either continue the service or return the modem. Despite telling them multiple times that the modem has been returned, they still keep on calling. Recently, I received a call from a person claiming to be from Delhi police saying that Hathway has registered a complaint against me for not paying their bill amount. Whereas, I have not received a single call, message or mail from Hathway regarding any pending amounts to be paid. Also, my Hathway account shows no pending bills. Both calls to return the modem and also to pay the bills have been very unprofessional. My Hathway account number is **********. I request Hathway to stop this immediately.
