I had placed an order for cake and card delivery on ** aug **** thru myflowerapp and also paid extra charges as it was to be delivered at a particular time( **am-**pm) .
the company has not delivered the cake and also my order is still in order placed status - After raising queries and asking for refund on their app - there is no response - Pls help to get a refund
