I have enrolled to Byjus Tablet Learning Program for my daughter Shreya Kalel in Oct - ****. We purchased package for * years from **th to **th grade ICSE course from years **** to ****.
As per terms and conditions stated by Sales person from ByJus, all online learning materials, videos will be accessible to student for entire duration of * years but to my surprise when student passed out of **th grade in ****, the videos and other material of **th grade were deactivated. Now student is promoted to **th grade in **** but she is not able to revise any topics she has learnt in **th so that she will be clear with her fundamentals.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
