I mailed many times for the cancellation of the active packages since february but no mail/contact regarding that. And now they are asking for EMI money, why should I pay for that when I am applying for the cancellation and they are unable to cancel it. I am receiving SMS and calls for the EMI Pay and then threatening to take actions if I don't pay. That kind of service is provided to students.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
