BYJU'S - Byju s Cancellation refund

I already have a Byju's course for my Kid from *th to **th Standard. But the Byju's Sales team came and offered a Tuition Programme and they informed saying that this program and content is completely different from the previous programme and they made me enroll to it for *****Rs through Credit card EMI. Later in the Induction / Orientation programme I realized that there is no difference on the content. I cancelled the course immediately before ** days. I received a call from Cancellation team asking for my account details for the refund and asked to pay an other ***** Rs through debit payment and take a course to refund the ***** as **k payment was through credit card. I was offered a different *th grade course though my kid is **th standard. I cancelled the **k course as well immediately and asked for a refund of **k + **k immediately. All this happened in Feb **** and even now June **** I have not received any refund though I have been calling customer care multiple times. Every time I call them they register a new complaint and give me the Incident number and promise to solve it immediately which never happened.
