I purchased a byju plan for my son Utkarsh for std *-* in ****. At that time my son was in std * so the byju representative told us that she will give std* for free. My sons academic session is as below.

As explained above validity should be till May ****. This year we admitted utkarsh for offline byju tuition center. However, we are informed by the byju representative at tuition centre that utkarsh profile has expired on may **** and therefore, it can't be upgraded for offline classes.
I have made almost ** calls since last one month but problem remains unresolved. I lost faith in this company. I paid *****/- at the time of purchasing this plan and *****/ for offline classes.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
