Byju's Ed-tech company - Byju is denying to refund after making fake promises

I opted for * year online classes program for my child. They also promised me for refund without any questions asked. But they provided me only offline classes for * year, but I insisted them to provide online classes before taking program.
Now they are asking for more money to convert offline classes program to online classes program. And when i called them to cancel the program and issue the refund they clearly denied. Even when i spoke to their senior mentor he claimed that he know my child better than I do, what is beneficial for my child and what is not. He didn’t even meet my child. And when i asked the reason for denying for refund. He clearly said there is no reason we can not refund your fee. Even i still have my ** days ***% refund policy left.
