Buysnip.com - buysnip.com a fraud company

On October **, ****, I placed an order for a laptop keyboard with buysnip.com. The payment of Rs. **** was made through payment gateway ccavenue. I got an order confirmation through ccavenue. However, there was no delivery timline. I waited for a week or so then I tried to contact on the customer care number (+**) of buysnip.com. After many tries someone answered the call and gave one person's (Prashant) number (+** *****-*****) saying that the manages online order. When I called him up, he told me that it's international consignment and was in transit and asked me to wait for one more week by when I should expect the delivery. But even after days are gone the order has not been delivered and now the person has stopped receiving my calls.
I also have seen complaints by others against this website. But did not expect this would happen to me. These companies must be stopped from operating and cheating people.
