I purchased a Power Supply from this site. They did not mention the shipping timeline but when I contacted them later they mentioned it was an international order and it would take **-** days. There hasnt been a single update yet and its been ** days. They dont respond to emails. Their phone support/whatsapp support is always on 'maintenance' , which just means they dont answer the calls or reply to messages. Searching online now, I can see they have defrauded other consumers as well. They need to be accountable for their malpractices.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
