- Bus Ticket Booking Cancelled Open
I didn't get value of my money which i given for the bus tickets. I have Paid (Net Amount Rs.****/-) I have booked my bus tickets on * Feb **** for March **th, ****, for Goa to Mumbai. Bus Departure time was **:** hrs mins, I have booked * Tickets for me, my wife and ** years kid.
My bus was cancelled by Paulo around **pm on March **th, when we were waiting for bus at bus stop.
Paulo Travels has changed the bus and transferred my * seats to general AC bus and which is QUITE OLD, DIRTY and full of mosquito's. Seat given me is last seat ** no was so uncomfortable. It was not Volvo Seats for which i have paid ??
We can't do anything at that time as we were stuck in the bus in the night and around *pm this old bus also got break down. As per conditions of bus it was expected. After waiting for long * Hrs on the Road Side other Paulo bus was reached and we have shifted in this bus to mumbai.
This bus was going to Pune and they have shifted to us in the bus without telling that this bus will go to Pune first and then it will drop you in Mumbai.
Bus was delayed around * hrs. We Reached mumbai Sion around *PM.
Just Imagine we have reached for bus in Goa at * pm and reached *pm mumbai. This bus trip Goa to Mumbai Takes ** hrs of journey is that valuable ???
It was very scary nightmare or terrifying experience of me and for my family.
I want full amount of refund and take some strong action on this matter.
