Sir i want to register a complaint regarding my bus travel(REDBUS.IN).I booked a ticket with redbus for **th Oct(Manali to Delhi) for Volvo AC HIMSUTA SCANIA *+* for * persons for which I was charged Rs*****/- On the date of journey when I reached the stop, I found that the bus has been cancelled. I immediately called red bus customer support and they asked me to board any other bus, they also said they are not responsible for the cancellation. Then we called the Bus operator and the bus operator said you can board the next bus with same seats( Seats no *, *, *,**, **,**). But when we went to board the next bus, The conductor refused and said you dont have any seats in this bus and if you want to travel then you can have the last seats. We argued a lot but at last we were not allowed to travel in that bus. As some of us had flights next day morning we were bound to board the third bus which was scheduled to leave at *:** PM. And also we were bound to take the last seats . After reaching also we called redbus and they said we can do nothing on this issue as you were provided alternative.
Very much disappointed by redbus service.
