MSRTC Bus Conductor s Unethical Behavior - Bus reservation was completed and the journey was not successful

I made a reservation of an msrtc bus and the bus went off to the journey without informing. When I tried to apply for refund redbus people did not cooperate with me neither did the msrtc people cooperate when I filed a complaint against the bus conductor. The bus conductor had very rude behavior and misguided me into saying that bus will wait for you at a certain stop and will you up there, this happened two times. I filed a complaint but didn't hear from them and on the way I also lost my luggage. The conductors name is Sandip Buchude and his contact number is **********. Please take a strict action against this Motherfucker because of him I didn't get my refund he didn't wait for me and didn't call me inspite of having a reservation and I also lost my luggage on the way when I took another bus. All of these incidents which happened might seem irrelevant to blame the conductor but I haven't heard from msrtc and redbus also didn't cooperate with me so please take a strict action against him.
