Like regular day , today also around * p.m. I was traveling in the Uran - Thane route bus boarded from DRONAGIRI, I was face very rude and unethical behaviour from the bus conductor route mentioned URN *** . The conductor was delivered bad language to me and shown of very unprofessional way had talked with me, which I found very annoying and escalate this issue through it.
Please take necessary action against the bus conductor and feedback for getting further smooth journey.
