I have booked * bus tickets on **th January **** from Biswanath Chariali (Assam) to Guwahati (Assam) through www.yatra.com and received a confirmation SMS after the deduction of the amount of Rs ****. We tried calling the given contact numbers several times but it was not contactable.Also I did not receive any call from the Bus staff or anyone else. This was an extreme harassment to us and need the refund at the earliest.
