I had booked two SpiceJet flight tickets from Pune - Cochin scheduled on ** October ****. On ** October I was intimated by SpiceJet that the flight has been cancelled due to change of schedule. When I contacted the airline I was told that a full refund of my tickets has been made to Yatra.com. I tried contacting Yatra through the numbers I found on the net (Yatra.com has no contact numbers listed on their website). Send multiple mails through my personal mail ID and registered my complaint on the 'Support' page of the Yatra portal. Yatra has not responded to my mails and their website has taken down my communication, because it now shows that the number of my past communications is zero.
It is now five days since I have started trying to get the issue resolved but, it is now evident that Yatra is trying to evade paying the refund which the airlines has done.
I need help to Yatra to account and get them to refund my ticket amount.
