Visakh Sudhakaran filed complaint against RedBus India on Feb 15, 2020
I booked a ticket to Banglore from thrissur through redbus. The service operator was Aeon Connect.
* hrs before the journey, when I was on my way to the boarding point, I got a mesaage saying the bus has been cancelled.
Its true that I got the full refund, but is it the right way to do so ? Its their responsibility to arrange an alternative.
At this last moment, tickets may have a higher price or even not available. So if someone has to get there in urgency, what option the customer have ?
And when I tried to contavt the number of the service provider which was provided by redbus, they were cutting my call and sending text mesaages that they cannot talk.
Isnt this a pure violation of consumer rights ?
I believe redbus should take action against the provider or remove these type of unprofessional proviers from their list.
