I faced the problem with Drivezy yesterday & still I am awaken due to their bullying . I am also a frequent user of self driving car rentals. Recently i booked Maruti Suzuki Baleno KA** AG**** from Drivezy for ** hrs (**** to **** hours)
The major difference between Drivezy and other service based industries is that the other service based industries believe ‘customer is right if the customer has slightest chance of being right’ while Drivezy believes that the ‘customer is wrong even if he/she provides strong evidence of being right’
Me and my friends recently used drivezy for the first time and below is our experience with their service.
We booked a Baleno from KA**AG**** (PNR: **********) from bellandur, Bangalore at **:** P.M ** oct .
Before pickup:
· The car's front bumper was damaged and had tape on the left side of bumper
· When we discussed our concern with their station executive, he asked us to take the pic of car and assured us the car is working fine.
After Pickup:
· The car met with an accident near hebbal due to sudden brake applied by front guy.
We stopped the car & saw damaged on bumper & side fender where the tape was applied.
· Our car was stucked in between of road.
We called up drivezy support after the long conversation they told to report to police & get the acknowledgement & drop the vehicle at drop point.
We went back to bellandur branch & there we saw the real faces of drivezy team.
They asked lots of q&a.
after a bit of investigation and figuring out the damage assessment , they immediately blamed us for lower chassis damage
· When we gave clarification that chase is not damaged the car is in perfect driven condition, no sign of engine damage,no oil leak & they are asking money by showing their policy
they Even didn’t hear to our voice.
· As the result they charged us *,*** INR immediately and confiscated my friend’s Driving license for one month for insurance claim
Later their sr. Executive Mr. Puneeth kumar came & he again inspected the vehicle & he declared serious chassis impact even though without seeing the chassis.
Now they asked for **k extra as as per their policy for chassis damage **k is the charge which need to be bear by customer.
Now we opted for none other than Customer Support:
· The most interesting fact about their customer service told by one of their executives was that they don’t have any turnaround time(TAT) for tickets.
· After providing complete evidence and arguments for the damage their customer support took around ** minutes to reply
· Their car expert advised us to pay **k as their charges are legal as chassis is hitted hard to other vehicle which I argued that the chasis can’t be get damaged as There eas no engine damage,oil leak
Everything was working fine even though head lights also but They finally concluded that it was a running damage and so I should be charged for it
Then I thought to escalate this issue with higher
Now best funny part came
The call got connected to Mr. Santosh who was most senior person in drivezy CS that night
I thought now I am with the right person but the way he treated looks like earlier person was better.
He was dealing with ultimate level of ego,aggression. I shocked the way he dealt with me. He Asked car got booked in whose name I told in friend then he told I can’t talk or share any details to you.
Tell your guy to call. I keep on telling that he is not in position to speak after your team torture.
He straightaway disconnect the call not single time thrice.
First time in life I felt helpless
Drivezy complete team don’t have humanity.
At the end of everything we ended up with a spoiled weekend and a loss of **K. To add to this bad experience Drivezy also confiscated my friend’s driving license for one month so that he can’t drive for a month and they can claim their insurance without any hassle
· After this experience I won’t recommend anyone to use Drivezy
Attaching the real picture of car taken before pickup, so that you can be the Judge of Drivezy.
It is fully bullshit service. After that we tried to call their customer car but did not get opportunity to talk them as they did not pick my call for more than ** minutes or ringing (i.e. and customer care call is chargeable). We tried *–* times and we lost our more than half an hour in this then finally we decided to pay and complaint for this later as we have already planned everything and we were getting late. Car was not clean it was full of dust outer body as well as interior was also dirty. The field person does not care about this, even he did not shown the vehicle documents as well but when we insisted then he said it is all in vehicle then we manually checked.
-Extremely bad service and customer support.
-Zoom car is very good in this way.
-Field stop is very unprofessional and irresponsible.
-Cars are not well clean, they don’t care as well.
So i would not recommend anyone to book from here if you have any better option.
Drivezy is nothing just trap to get repaired their old vehicle with insurance & collect hard earned customer money illegally.fleet executives tied up with vehicle owner’s to get their % in every claim.
my advise Don’t Don’t use drivezy
