Due to some Covid** lock down I miss to made maximum payment
I do pay minimum amount
After this I ll get Statment **th April bank will charge heavy Intrest and GST
After this I ll send mail to bank
They do promise me pay full balance amount we refund that Intrest charges
I believe that pepole mail and made the full payment
But till now no any response from Bank
I am calling them not giving proper response
Please give me justice from this Kotak bank credit card ,
this is my first time late payment
I am paying balance every time on time
Covid ** lock down I miss this time only
