Tata Sky - Breaking of Contract on annual subscription

MR HEMANG BALKRISHNA MANKAD filed complaint against Tata Sky on Dec 25, 2019

We have paid annual subscription of Rs. *,***.** in April -**** for * + * add on set up boxes and also get the benefit of one month extra means total ** month services from tata sky. But tata sky has revised their charges in june - ** after payment of our annual subscription in April - **** and applied the revision of chrges to us, which is not viable, genuine, not justifiable and also unfair. As we have already paid annual subscription in April- ****, revised charges in june-**** should not applicable to us, but company has applied to us and informed us the new renewal date **rd Dec -**** with revised charges of Rs. **** per moth for three set up boxes our telecast was stopped by company from **rd December as we have not paid the revised charges on fresh renewal date of **rd december instead of *st may - ****. Today we can not see the TV programms due to stoppage of telecast by company.
We are not agree and accepting this decesion from company and demand for start our telecast at the earliest and continue the same till may-** as mper our contract.
If company will not agreed on our demand we will file a suite in consumer court at Rajkot.
