Converse lace-up canvas shoe order was placed on * Sept. **** and was delivered to me on ** Sept. ****. Just after one day, I raised the return pickup and no courier person came to pick it up. Also, they have not refunded my money also. After too many complaints, in the month of October, they said don't worry sir, we will arrange the pickup and now they are telling neither the order will be picked up nor refund will be generated. These recent words are from Mr. Aakash Daye, a senior executive from the brand factory online customer care team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
