Brand Factory - Package not delivered even after successful payment

On **th April **** I made a purchase from brand factory’s website. The payment for the same was done using upi the amount was deducted from my account but the website displayed that my payment was declined. I have been trying to contact them since then I could call their toll free number for a week or two later which is shown to me as closed I have also filled a complaint CGSI but yet there is no reply from brand factory’s side.
