GM Infinite India PVT Ltd - Booking money not refunded

My brother and I booked flat C**-** in GM Infinite Ambitious Enclave project last year. We were not able to go ahead as we were busy in treating my father's illness. We had a gap of communication and we were not able to pay the subsequent demands from builder's side. The builder cancelled the booking and sold that to someone else. I followed up with the sales team for a refund of Rs. *****/- but in vain. Please help to recover the money.
