We were looking for a flat and found GM Infinite North Enclave, Thanisandra. I had informed them that i will be taking home loan and to which I was asked to pay booking/blocking amount which i paid Rs. **,***. I was informed by ( Akbar - Sales Team) that they will refund this amount if my loan gets rejected or lesser amount gets approved. Loan was done by their approved IIFL and they charged me Rs. **** as processing amount. By the time my loan was getting done they had already booked my flat in others name. I asked them about this and they said they will cancel his and will consider my name only if i pay in cash. I denied the same and asked for refund of *****. I had just started my business and had losses due to lockdown and i did not have money to pay in cash. After few days i got to know that the property was under litigation and i was not informed during booking. And now they are asking me **lacs for the flat instead of **lacs when i had booked.
I request GM Infinite to refund my Rs. **,*** as i am facing very hard time and ineed of these money.
I have payment receipt of Rs. *****.
