I booked a train ticket from Ixigo train app from svdk to umb on **-**-**** on **:** am, but the booking is failed and an amount of inr ***.** is deducted from my Sbi Upi account. Then I raised a complaint from this app to help centre i.e trains@ixigo.com and they respond back an email that your refund is initiated and shown in your account by * March ****. But the amount is not yet credited into my account after ** days. I contacted through email regarding the refund and they always said the amount is initiated. They told me the same that amount is credit in your account in * days but not credited after ** days. Please refund my amount from this app as they only fool people.
