Zoomcar India Private Limited - Booking cancelled but refund not done

I made a booking on **th April for * Days car starting from **th April to **th April for which they have billed and I made payment of ***** on **th booked a *seater SUV***. But on **th April just few minutes before delivery time they called and said that I need to pay **k security deposit if not car would not be delivered. I refused to pay and advised to cancel the booking as in the initial payment time they did not mention anything regarding security deposit. They have cancelled the booking and not sure what have they done to my Zoom car account now I'm not able to see any of my booking and not message or intimation regarding my refund and also my account does not show any of my previous bookings this completely looks like a fraud activity.
