- Booking Amount not refund ^Open

I have booked * BHK flat on August **** by paying the amount of *Lakh. But after that I have paid another *Lakh so total I have paid * Lakhs as of now.
But after that my mother-in-law and later on my father got diagnosed as cancer and I have lost all my savings and hard cash. It is not possible for me to pay rest of the booking amount and I am not in position to move forward.
Later I also came to know that construction is also not progressed due to several internal issue. I have received mails from mountain hill earlier regarding this delay.
I would be highly obliged if you kindly return back booking amount and cancelled the flat allocated to me.
I have requested the same for more than three years but not received any response your side.
