I purchased a *-bhk flat in "The Rainforest" proposed in Rajarhat, Kolkata (WB) in tower **, *rd floor in **** and have subsequently paid all the instalments requested as per schedule. The possession of the aforesaid flat was in December **** per the Agreement signed by all parties but the construction of the project didn't kick off since I invested in it. Because of the delays, I want to cancel my investment and need the refund of the amount I have already invested alongwith the interest promised in the signed Agreement.
