Medlife - Blood samples and fees taken but not given reports

I had booked * tests for my sister i.e creatinine, CRP and HLA B**. I got reports for creatinine and CRP but did not get report for HLA B**, the most expensive test of the lot. The samples have been taken on *st March and today is the *th of March and still no reports have been given.
