Jabong.com - Blocked my id without any reason

Blocked my id so i called them on **rd of june n asked dem the reason for doing so they have no answer
Employee there said maybe sir u return alot i asked him to check my acc n he was no sir that cant be the reason your return r negligible
Then i called them on **th of june they said they have unblocked it on **th june i told them i am unable to use it stil n attachted screenshot of my ids
This is *nd time they did this n no reason for doing
Its not like i m dying to shop With jabong but what they did is not right
I m not wrong every detail i provided there is registered on my aadhar
Always paid them m then whats the reason
My blocked ids are
First they blocked ankit.singh**@gmail.com
N later when i started using wanna_b_famous*@yahoo.co.in they blocked it too
