Myntra - Blackisting of my account to return the product

I had ordered products from myntra and they arrived before time and that's good. But as i opened the parcel i saw products totally different from what i received. I tried opening my account and process for refund but they had blocked my account after they delivered the parcel. I called them and registered the complain and they said that i should wait for **hours which i did. Again when I called them they had a new story of blacklisting my account and would mail me within ** hours. They send a mail saying that they had blackisted my account for refunding multiple times. First of all this was my first time and secondly they can't refuse me from returning the product which i didn't even order. I received the order on **th November. They reverted with the mail of blackisting on *nd December. This is worst experience i have had from myntra. And would suggest that no one should buy product from there. The item were delivered in Vasant Kunj.
