I have done **** fastag recharge using idfc mobile app. ************ is the reference no for the trans. Money got debited from the card but trans is in pending. When i had a call after explaining the above they are disconnecting the call No one is responding. They are saying that customer needs to check with the vendor for the issue. Since i am doing transaction from IDFC mobile app why the customer needs to check with vendor and without having any transaction reference with the vendor
