Spicejet airline - Big Scam by Spicejet

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services of SpiceJet Airlines. I had booked a flight with SpiceJet from Varanasi to Mumbai for **rd May ****(PNR- WBCUTC) for my family, which includes a one-year-old infant. However, the airline has cancelled the flight after ** days of my booking, causing me a great deal of inconvenience and stress. When I contacted the airline for an alternate direct flight for the same day, they denied it and forced me to cancel the booking and take a full refund. However, due to the dynamic fare nature of other airlines, the fares have increased, and I am now required to pay a much higher amount for the same flight. Despite this situation being caused by SpiceJet's cancellation, they are not willing to pay any compensation for the fare difference. This is unacceptable, and I believe that SpiceJet should take responsibility for their actions. I would appreciate it if you could take this matter seriously and take appropriate action against SpiceJet Airlines for their negligence and lack of accountability towards their customers.
