Hi
We had purchased items from big bazaar near ISKCON Bangalore during July **** wherein we were issued Big bazaar Total profit card to be redeemed later on for Rs *****/- wherein we have balance if Rs ****/- to be redeemed yet
On verification with security/ staff at reliance smart learn that they have not yet recd info on the same till today even though I we had given phone number/ email I’d long back
Please let us know how to redeem the same urgently or share me the phone number to ge contacted
