Big Bazaar - Items missing

Dear Team,
I have ordered grocies online around ** items. However, Olive oil and green chillies pickle and Lijjat papad is not received and Boiled rice not received (sent third class rice full of insects).. When asked the delivery person he said to first tell the OTP and incase of any problem asked me to revert to Big Bazaar...
Please help me with my orders to be delivered or refund my money.
Trying to reach big bazaar store. None of them are responding...
If this is the case, then there is total loss of trust on Big Bazaar...
