Whole purpose of keeping bhartpe swipe machine is questionable as company can hold whatever money they want.
I have uploaded documents * times and they ask customers debit card details/ pan card details etc . who will give these kind of personal details to unknown people.
I hope this mail will help in getting back my money unlike your customer Care team which is of no help. They just resolved query message in WhatsApp when issue is still persisting. I assume this not a government official monitered company where you check each and every transaction before processing. It appears like one when they ask for customer declaration, PAN card etc etc. When a patient comes for treatment who keeps PAN CARD and give CARD details to unknown person.
