so I have a Bharat pe merchant account on which I received some payment from a rupay card through their swipe machine and they deducted charges as credit card whereas the payment was made through a debit card card and according to their terms zero charges are applied on rupay debit card.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
